the New Moderate Water Endorsement

Currently I am considering running a Moderate Water Endorsement & Assessment 6/7 February on Dartmoor. However, as there are only a few potential candidates with UKCC L2 and 4 Star WW Kayak, I am unsure as to whether there is sufficient interest in this course and assessment.
