Day 1 Arrive in Kathmandu, and relocate to a choice hotel to settle in with a gear review and boat
outfitting
Day 2 Early morning departure on to the Lower Bhote Kosi for a warm up paddle. We'll be stay at a rafting resort
Day 3 Paddle the Upper Bhote Kosi
Day 4 A quick run on the Bhote Kosi before lunch and then back to Kathmandu
Day 5 Depart for the Marshyangdi trail head. Gather porters and begin the trek up the the Annapurna circuit. Stay at a treking lodge
Day 6 Action on the Upper Marshyangdi. Stay at a treking lodge
Day 7 More action on the Marshyangdi. Stay at a treking lodge
Day 8 Continue on down the Marshyangdi. Depart for Pokhara
Day 9 Day off in Pokhara, a peaceful lakeside town
Day 10 Depart Pokhara for the Annapurna Approach trail head, gather porters and start the hiking
Day 11 Continue the trek to an Upper putin, paddle the Modi Khola, stay at treking lodge
Day 12 Paddle the Lower Modi Khola, and depart back to Pokhara
Day 13 Relax in the mornign, before flying back to Kathmandu
Day 14 Day of Departure Kathmandu

the range of participates, water levels or river access.

The price includes guiding and instruction, raft support with camping equipment, full accommodation and catering in luxury locations and full logisitcs.
It doesn’t cover your flights, personal and health insurance, alcohol or boat and equipment hire

Flights
We recommend that you either fly with British
Airways into Delhi, India and then onwards to Kathmandu, with Jetairways or Indian Airlines
Accommodation & Catering
You don’t need to rough it to get the Aisan experience. We’ll be staying in first rate accommodation and all the food will be fresh and hygienically prepared. During our multi-day we’ll stay on sandy riverside beaches
Your Paddling Equipment:
- A whitewater river running boat
- Dry paddle top, paddle, Whitewater PFD, good spraydeck and helmet
- Solid footwear for hiking in and out of the gorge
- Suitable gear for travelling in a developing country light cotton clothing, approach shoes, a sun hat and a comprehensive personal first aid kit
- You should get appropriate medication please consult your GP
- Please keep your luxury items to a minimum
Equipment
Suitable gear for travelling in a developing country is required. This should include some outdoor equipment for a cold & hot weather environment, an excellent personal first aid kit, please keep luxury items limited to avoid any unwanted attention
